The company is an industrial enterprise, which is primarily engaged in the manufacture of paperboard packaging solutions and plastic packaging for a variety of products to multinational food, beverage and other consumer products companies. The company, incorporated in October 1971, has more than 30 years of experience in packaging industry. It has a registered head office located in Llinars del Valles, Spain. The company provides its customers paperboard, cartons and packaging machines, either as an integrated solution or separately. Its packaging products are made from a variety of grades of paperboard. It manufactures its packaging products from coated unbleached kraft paperboard and coated recycled paperboard that it produces at its mills, and a portion from paperboard, primarily solid bleached sulphate, purchased from external sources. The company also produces and markets multi-layer flexible packaging and containers. Currently, the company is recognized as a leading manufacturer of coextruded high barrier sheet and rigid barrier packaging for the food industry.
